Experts
Experts are what Rette actually reads. Every answer names the expert and the document behind it. When an expert has no source for your question it returns Unknown rather than guessing.
Coverage is stated, including what is missing. Every expert lists what it does not cover. If your payer is not on the list, the answer will say so instead of approximating.
